Privacy Policy and Data Protection provisions

Any data on you as an individual or your company collected through this site will be treated as confidential and in accordance with the eight principal provisions of the Data Protection Act (1998). These provisions state that personal data must be:

- not kept for longer than is necessary
- processed in line with the data subject's rights
- kept secure
- not transferred to a country which does not have adequate data protection
laws.

From time to time the data collected by us may be used to inform you of any events, offers, or courses that are felt to be beneficial to you as an individual or company.
